SharePoint Portal Server 2003 Installation

We tried more than five times to install SharePoint Portal Server in a clean
Windows 2003 server: Standard Edition. BUt everytime the following error
comes:

Access to the path "C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\Temporary
ASP.NET Files\root\5176d6e1\5db67314" is denied.

Help !!!

Hi,
Take a look at :

It should be a problem with "Network Service" permissions
