You have to install SPS in Active Directory Account Creation Mode. During
the SPS installation you are asked if you want to have SharePoint create
the accounts for you in AD (as far as I recall it is at the bottom of the
page where you define the parameters for the Configuration Database).
The option to use ACM must be chosen during install - you cannot change a
"normal" existing installation into using ACM, in that case you would have
to uninstall, then install choosing ACM.

Thanks, now Sharepoint SERVICES work with Active Directory Account Creation
Mode !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But when I install Sharepoint PORTAL they will crate a new config database,
and then
I lose the Active Directory Account Creation Mode, if I try to connect to
the existing Sharepoint SERVICE
config database, he say that the config db must be a "PORTAL" config db.

My Question : Is Sharepoint PORTAL ( not SERVICES) supported for Active
Directory Account CREATION Mode ?

Thank's

Hello MV,
No, you only have that option in WSS. In SPS you have to create the user
accounts in AD manually

Hello MV,
sorry about my previuos answer to your question about Account Creation Mode.
I hadn't seen that your question was about SPS. My answer was related to
WSS.
