Migrate docs SPS2003 to SBS2003 windows sharepoint services

I am trying to move the document libraries in the subsites of SPS2003 on
Win2k3 to SBS2003 windows sharepoint services.
I have tried smigrate and stsadm.

What is the best way to accomplish this?
Any help is appreciated.

1. Did smigrate and stsadm not work ?

2. Have you tried "Save site as template" or "Save List as Template" ?

seems wrong at least as this is not a SPS 2003 installation problem]
