WSS install with WMSDE

When installing the typical WSS install with WMSDE on a single server, the
WMSDE does not start automatically (the server is in a workgroup, not a
domain). It does not appear to be affecting WSS, but I want to verify that
this is the 'norm'. I have tried adding the SPSSQL account and having the
services use the account on startup, as is necessary with a SQL install, but
that didn't seem to do it. Can anyone tell me if this is OK or if another
account change/addition or service adjustment is necessary.

Thanks - Arlin

It doesn't sound like a permissions issue or an account issue. Simply setup
the service to Automatically start. If it doesn't check the Event View to
see what the issues are.
