I just installed Office SharePoint Portal Server 2003 on a Windows 2003
server computer. It didn't ask me whether I wanted to install in Domain
Account or Active Directory mode. I used the default installation. when I go
to Configure database, they are all grayed out. What did I do wrong? help.

The Active Directory Account Creation mode is only available with Windows
SharePoint Services, not with SharePoint Portal Server. If you need this
functionality you will need to setup a seperate server with a SQL Database
to provide the Account Cretaion capabilities. SharePoint Portal assumes that
all users already exist in the Domain.
