I have created the following portal sites:

http://channelsite:50/

http://membersite:100/

http://portal:60/

http://support/

http://tserver/

However I can only access http://tserver/ which is part of the Default Web
Pages Websites on IIS.

It seems that any of the other virtual servers are inaccessable. If I type
say http://channelsite:50/ into the browser or try to access the portal via
Central Admin I get

http://channelsite:50/
"Cannot find server or DNS Error - Internet Explorer"

If I try http://support/

I actually get a ultimatesearch webpage so it us trying to access the
internet.

I checked in IIS and these sites don't seem to have any pages in them like
the tserver one does.

How do you get the multiple virtual servers to run ?

You created the sites but did you add any content? Or if you want to access
the sharepoint portal from those sites did you extend the virtual server? I
think that is what you are missing. You created sites. Now open SPS admin
and extend those virtual servers and either create a new portal or map them
to an existing portal.
