Portal creation failed

[Claude Poulin]

Hi when I'm create my first portal I receive this error Portal creation
failed. Please see the portal creation log for more details. And in the log I
see this error but I<m enable to resolve it. I'm try to change for all permit
in sql server 2000 and i have not resolve this error. What I have to do?

It appears that you have not been set up as an administrator to the SQL
server...from the SharePoint docs, in order to install, the user doing the
install/creating:

"The account must have the Database Creators and Security Administrators
server roles on this SQL Server instance. "

Thanks for your help I find the trouble. Whem the portal are create I have
for the domain claude.poulin but in sql server its claude
