Configure sharePoint

Hi everyone ,

I have already installed the sharepoint portal server. I am facing
problem accessing it. I have also created a portal. I am confused at
what i should do next. Also , i cant seem to access my portal thru the
browser.

Any advise or help on what i should do ? Its urgent. thanks
