Large Server Farm Deployment

Hi,

I have configured LARGE FARM according to the instruction given by
SharePoint Porta Server 2003 Administrator's Guide:

Machine Web Search Index
Job
SAN26 X
SAN27 X
X
SAN28 X
SAN29 X
SAN25

MS SharePoint 2003 Server reports the following for configuration described
above:

Critical Issues:
The current topology is not supported.


But when I assign Search component to both front-end web servers, my farm
becomes fine, however documentation says not to check Search and Index check
boxes for front-end Web server?

"The current topology is not supported" message is not sufficient and
doesn't tell much how to troubleshoot the problem? I also believe I can't
trust the second configuration?

The mimimum configuration for a large farm is:
3 web
2 search
1 index/job
1 SQL

The minimum configuration for a medium farm is:
2 web & search
1 index/job
1 SQL
